3ROC Locking Through Series

Join 3ROC and Friends of the Riverfront on the Three Rivers Water Trail for a locking through paddle experience from the 3ROC Outpost in Aspinwall to Sharpsburg!
They’ll depart from the 3ROC Outpost in Allegheny RiverTrail Park and lock through Lock & Dam 2 before finishing their paddle at the James Sharp Landing at Sharpsburg. Shuttles will be provided to bring paddlers and their kayaks back to the 3ROC Outpost.
