Our success at Allegheny RiverTrail Park wouldn’t be possible without the help and care of our dedicated volunteers! From garden projects to helping out at concerts and events, we want your help!

 

General Support Volunteer

Our general support volunteers play a crucial role in various tasks such as assembling furniture, painting, light landscaping, planting, and plant bed maintenance. Together, we can create a vibrant and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy at Allegheny RiverTrail Park!

You are not required to volunteer for the entire 3 hours, you may check in/out are your convenience. Please check in with volunteer supervisor upon your arrival for instructions.

Available dates – Wednesday, May 22 and May 29 – 4-7PM

River Rocks – Friday, June 7 – Mulitple Roles and Shifts

The River Rocks Benefit Event is a ticketed, fundraising event celebrating our community’s connection to the riverfront at Allegheny RiverTrail Park featuring live music, dinner and dancing.

VIP Check-In (1 Shift, 2 Vols)

Friday, June 7 – 5:30-7 PM

As a VIP Check-in Volunteer for our upcoming River Rocks event at Allegheny RiverTrail Park, you’ll be the welcoming face for our VIP guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in, providing event information, and assisting with any needs.

General Check-In (2 Shifts, 2 Vols Per)

Friday, June 7 – 6:30-8PM or 7:45-9PM

As a volunteer for General Check-In at the River Rocks event, you’ll be the welcoming face for our River Rocks guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in, providing event information, and assisting with any needs.

Event Prep and Clean-Up (2 Shift, 5-10 Vols)

Friday, June 7 – 9AM-Noon
Saturday, June 8 – 9AM-Noon

As an Event Prep and Clean-up volunteer, you will help us ensure smooth park events by setting up tables, chairs, and decorations, and assisting with sound equipment and lighting. You’ll also help with trash disposal, dismantling equipment, and cleaning up post-event.
