Over the last 15 years, Allegheny RiverTrail Park has grown into a place where neighbors gather, children explore, and the rhythms of community life unfold along the river.
Now we have the opportunity to revive the gathering place at the center of our front yard — transforming the park’s building into a vibrant four-season hub for community life.
This next chapter of park improvements is not simply a restoration. It is a revival — activating the riverfront with new spaces and new ways for our community to connect.

A Special Event benefiting Allegheny RiverTrail Park
Begin the evening with Taste of the Riverfront, a new signature cocktail hour inviting guests to stroll the Allegheny riverfront while enjoying live music and sampling curated offerings from some of the region’s favorite food and beverage makers.The evening continues with a relaxed dinner featuring a chef-curated menu, an inspiring program celebrating the park’s remarkable journey and bold vision for the future, and music and dancing to close the evening.
Together, we’ll step into the next chapter of Allegheny RiverTrail Park—fulfilling the next promise of the original vision for our community’s front yard through a revitalized central gathering place that will serve our community for generations to come.

Frequently Asked Questions | River Rocks 2026
We can’t wait to welcome you to the 15th Anniversary and River Rocks benefit! Here’s all the information you need to know to have a great evening:
ARRIVAL
- 6 pm for Sponsors and VIP ticket holders ONLY
- 6:30 pm for all other guests
CHECK IN
Follow the signs to the check-in area. There are no physical tickets – your name will be on a guest list.
PARKING
VIPs and sponsors are invited to park in the designated parking lots at Allegheny RiverTrail Park. Pittsburgh Valet will be on-site to assist and direct parking in the lots.
For Guests Needing Assistance: A designated drop-off area will be available for those needing assistance. A golf cart service will be provided to transport guests to locations within the park.
General Parking: All other attendees are encouraged to find alternate parking options or use rideshare services such as Uber to reach the park.
ATTIRE
Casual chic. Please note the event will take place outdoors and portions will be on grass, so please choose your footwear and layers accordingly!
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Vegetarian and vegan options will be available at our dinner stations.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, both cash and credit cards will be accepted.
