FC Crew Adult Rowing

Fox Chapel Crew offers a rolling enrollment for their Adult Rowing Program.
This fitness opportunity is offered to adults 19+ and no rowing experience is required. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursday 6-8PM, and Saturdays 8:30-10:30AM through November 11.
The program includes workouts on stationary rowing (erg) machines, floor core work, and on-the-water instruction. You’ll get guidance from Fox Chapel Crew’s expert coaches.
