Neighbors of Aspinwall Green Streets Clean-Up

Volunteers are needed to help clean up Aspinwall high traffic areas and parks. Aspinwall Neighbors will provide the supplies needed for the pickup day on Sunday April 26. How it works:

1) Must register. This will help us ensure we have adequate supplies and volunteers. Business districts and parks are perfect for a family volunteer opportunity; high traffic areas are for adults only.
2) Pick up your supplies.  Supply kits containing vests, gloves, and trash bags will be available outside of the Aspinwall Borough Building from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on April 26.
3) Clean up the neighborhood! Be sure to follow the safety protocols outlined by the PA Department of Transportation.
4) Leave your trash in one of the designated areas or add your bag to your own can. Drop-off locations will be shared the day of the event.

Commercial Avenue Butterfly Garden
The latest Community Grant has been awarded to the Commercial Avenue Butterfly Garden project. Before the new native plants are installed in the garden beds, volunteers are needed on April 26 to prepare the site (soil prep and mulching). Allegheny RiverTrail Park
