Standing Crane Tai Chi

Please join Standing Crane, LLC, Tai Chi School for a brand new beginner’s tai chi class at Riverfront Park, 285 River Ave., Aspinwall, PA 15215. The class will be conducted in a beautiful outdoor setting next to the Allegheny River with an indoor classroom adjacent for evenings when weather prevents outdoor classes. As fall and winter set in, we will move to the indoor heated classroom and continue classes throughout the cooler season. This is the perfect time to begin an exercise program that can benefit your health and sense of well-being and have lasting positive impacts on your life.
