Bill’s Dock is open during park hours and has an upper and lower deck, with seasonal chairs suspended safely over the river. Fishing is allowed with a license but no swimming or boat mooring at the dock.

The fenced dog park is open and located in our West Park area. Owners are responsible for their dogs. Doggy trash bags are available throughout the park.
Anyone is welcome to bring kayaks or paddleboards to launch off of our motorless boat launch. 3 Rivers Outdoor Co. Outpost is also located at the park and open seasonally for rentals.

The playground is open during park hours and features slides and climbing obstacles with surrounding benches and picnic tables. Try to spot the miniature characters hidden in the Tom Otterness slide sculpture!
Slips in our private marina are available for rent for small boats, 25 feet long or less, and jet skis. The profits from marina rentals are used to help fund park maintenance.

Run, walk, scoot, or bike our 1.5 mile trail that winds through the park, bordering wildflower gardens, bioswales and river views, connecting Aspinwall to Sharpsburg!
Food trucks and brewery pop-ups are at the park on a weekly basis during the warmer months. Check out the complete food truck schedule.
The park offers a variety of rental options for events of all sizes. Hosting your event with us provides an important source of funding for the park and helps to maintain the beautiful gathering spaces.
